Blues is one of Skunk Kusai's two henchmen in the 2003 series. He is a large, bulky man who is usually very quiet and shy. His specialty with the gang is acting as backup muscle and driving their getaway vehicles.
Appearance[]
Blues is a tall, stocky black man around Skunk's age. He has blonde-dyed hair, with a matching bleached mustache and beard, and Blues usually wears small round sunglasses and flashy jewelry. He always wears a long black trench coat, matching slacks, and a red button-up shirt with the collar popped up. Blues is the tallest member of the group, and can usually be seen watching over Skunk or Jazz.
Personality[]
Blues works under Skunk, and alongside Jazz as a partner. He can most often be seen working alongside Jazz, and the two communicate like good friends and equals.
Blues is the largest member of Skunk's gang, and also the one who speaks the least. He only adds remarks alongside his cohorts or asks questions when he finds it necessary. He is the most passive member of the group, usually letting Skunk or Jazz take the lead in schemes and following along to help. In Jumbo Revived, he is visibly nervous about piloting Jumbo against the heavily-armed police, hinting that he is more used to low key underground crime. He tolerated Denkou, but was openly irritated upon finding out they had talked to Astro.

His main role among Skunk's group is as backup muscle, occasionally working with computers and driving their vehicles. In Old Dog, New Tricks, his pockets are emptied by a super magnet, and it is revealed that Blues carries a pocket knife for close range self-defense.
