Astro Boy in Outcast Sanctuary is a stop motion fan film by Michael Aguilar, originally made in 1981. The film was created in two parts and runs for a total of 12 minutes and 11 seconds. The film follows Astro going on a journey, and encountering an evil version of Superman named The Outcast Underman.

Aguilar originally planned for the film to be called "Underman 2000 in Outcast Santuary", but decided to make created the film by making five different Astro Boy figures, each with different faces or positions. Some of the figures were not used, as they either fell apart or were not needed for the final cut.
The film was created with action figures and handmade figurines, and shot frame by frame on 8mm film. Music and other sound elements were added on a separate track.
